Structures is my home. I have the luxury of being able to honestly say, I wake up every day loving my job, my clients and my co-workers! I manage the salon, as well as work part time behind the chair. I started out in this field as an apprentice. I studied under TIGI International Educators and developed my craft over 3yrs before spreading my wings. I have taken many advanced education courses thru Redken, TIGI, Xtreme Lashes, Norvell Tanning, J Beverly Hills, Eufora, and more!! I even attended MUD, Make Up Designory School, in Burbank, CA. I have a passion for teaching that I can fulfill at Structures mentoring other apprentices. I pride myself on listening to what a client wants and giving them a product that makes them smile.

I’m so excited to join the Structures Salon and Spa family and the Frederick community! I moved here from the Chicagoland area, and am looking forward to exploring my new home and meeting new people.
I have been doing hair for 23 years and my passion for this industry has only grown. I have had extensive training in razor cutting, precision cutting, color (highlighting, balayage, fashion colors, and gray coverage), and I do formal styles, as well. My favorite part of being a hairstylist is getting to know the people in my chair, and helping them to realize their own beauty. Confidence is key to feeling beautiful, so creating a style that works for each individual is just as important as teaching them how to recreate it at home. I look forward to working toward your hair goals, together!
When I’m not doing hair, I enjoy hanging out with my husband, our 2 kids, and our dog. I love traveling (especially to new places), baking, reading, and enjoying the outdoors, and I try to catch up with family and friends as often as I can.
I fell in love with Frederick immediately, and part of the allure was the people! I’m so happy to be here and look forward to meeting you soon!

Tiffini has been doing hair since 2018 and has been at Structures since 2022. She obtained her license in Las Vegas, NV, and moved to the Frederick area shortly after. She does everything but specializes in creative color, hair extensions, and fairy hair.
When she's not doing hair you can find her curled up on the couch with a good book, playing video games with her loved ones, or taking care of her plants. Tiffini and her partner are big animal lovers, currently with two dogs and six cats, and the way to her heart is an iced chai with oat milk :)

Krystal is a Hairstylist and Makeup Artist who loves to make you feel your best and will work with you to achieve what you’re looking for. She has been cutting and coloring hair for 10 years in historic downtown Frederick MD and she earned her license just around the corner, at The Temple, A Paul Mitchell Partner School, in 2014. She offers services for all hair types; men, women, and children, creating looks that are classic, natural, and stylish!
Apart from working in the salon, she consistently works in live media, film, commercial sets, photoshoots and weddings. Some of the assignments include many women from the Fortune 500 Women's List, Political Nominees/Candidates/Incumbents, Sports Professionals/Commentators, New York Times Best Selling Authors, Award winning Science and Technology professionals, Law Firm/Corporate professionals and more.
When not working, she spends time with family and friends, mountain biking, hiking, running, swimming, and or dancing :) and is obsessed with her Shetland sheepdog.

He is a perfectionist at his craft but is always looking to stay in front of the curve to provide the best hair services possible. Tim also has a background in Toni & Guy hairdressing techniques that will help whisk you into cool fashionable hair. Tim is a lifetime professional musician and continues to pull inspiration from all aspects of his life.

Starting at a very young age, I remember going to the hair salon with my mom and knowing it was what I wanted to do when I grew up. I'd like to say that I've always had an artistic spark to me. As a freshman in high school, I worked in a salon as a shampoo girl and worked my way up from there. There are so many aspects about what I do that I love. Meeting new people, gaining friendships and building confidence is definitely number one. I also totally love the creative side of things, using hair as a canvas to create something beautiful. I'm so lucky to say that I really love what I do.

As a kid, growing up here in Frederick County, I loved styling and cutting hair. Whether it was my sisters or my Barbie dolls, everyone was a client. I had the amazing opportunity to study cosmetology while in high school at the FCPS Career and Technology Center. I have been able to hone my craft for the last four years specializing in fun and vibrant hair colors, blondes, perms, and men's and women's cuts. When I’m not doing hair, I’m cuddling my two cats and playing with my niece and nephew. I can’t wait to help you look and feel your best!

Hi! I’ve been a cosmetologist for 14+ yrs. after graduating from the Paul Mitchell partner school in Rockville MD. I specialize in lived in color, as well as clippered, scissored, and razor haircuts. I am a well rounded stylist that can cut and color all textures of hair.
The beauty industry has always been a part of me. My mother was a hair stylist and we had a little salon in the house growing up. Becoming a cosmetologist was very natural for me, and was one of the easiest choices I have made. I have the passion to be someone’s day maker and make them feel confident and beautiful. It’s that type of energy I’m here for baby!
When I’m not working, you can find me at home cuddling with my cat Jade or spending time with family. I enjoy yoga and being out in nature.

She brings a dedication to her clients, making sure that they are satisfied with her work every step of the way. Specializing in lived-in dimensional color, Chandler combines technical expertise with a personalized touch to craft looks that are both stunning and suited to each client’s lifestyle. Chandler is known for her friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and would love to work with you to make you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin!
When she is not in the salon, you can find Chandler obsessing over Halloween (year round), binge watching her new favorite show, and finding the best coffee spot in town.

I’ve always had a creative personality and loved art from a young age. I feel so lucky to express my artistic passion through doing hair and that it has evolved into my career. I attended cosmetology school at FCPS Career and Technology Center in high school and have been assisting/working my way up to a stylist position at Structures since July 2022. I couldn’t imagine working in any other salon because of my awesome coworkers. They are amazing and have helped me grow and learn in so many ways in this industry, which has made Structures feel like my second home.
My favorite services are highlighting/blonding and hair color. From natural lived in color to fashion/creative hair color, I love it all! I also enjoy styling hair (whether it be a simple blowout or a fancy updo). I am so passionate about doing hair and will do my best to meet my clients hair goals and provide them a positive and meaningful experience. My education is important to me, so I will always take strides to further it and grow into an established and successful hairstylist!
When I’m not working I love spending time with friends and family, painting, drawing, shopping, anything involving cute animals, traveling, any excuse to dress up, and being outside.
