Appointment Policies
Cancelling, Rescheduling, or No Showing
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will gladly assist you in making the necessary changes free of charge. Cancelling, Rescheduling, or No Showing for an appointment within less than 24 hours notice: requires a non refundable booking deposit for the next future appointment. The amount to be charged will be the minimum amount of the desired service.
Deposits for longer services
To book appointments that reserve a large amount of time, a non refundable deposit of 50% of the base price is required. This deposit will be used towards the service on the day of. If rescheduling before 24 hours notice, the deposit will be held for the future date and time.
Service Adjustment and Refund Policy
All services received can be adjusted free of charge within 14 days of the original appointment
Refunds will only be issued by management approval AFTER the service provider has had the opportunity to make the necessary changes free of charge. If you would prefer to not return to Structures Salon and Spa for an adjustment, then you forfeit the opportunity for a refund. If you chose to see an alternate Structures Service Provider for the adjustment, additional charges may apply.
